About me

My name is Lucija and I am 25 years old. I finished early and preschool education on Faculty of humanities and social sciences in Split. At the moment I am working in the kindergarden. During my education, I did internships in several kindergartens and gained experience in education of children. Besides that, I am expanding my knowledge by attending different kind of trainings and lectures. Through an internships I got to know children of nursery and kindergarten age who come from different family structures, which includes children from single-parent families and children of divorced parents. I am also familiar with working with children with special needs like children with developmental difficulties (autism) and gifted children. I approach children individually. I also encourage kids to spend time outside on the playground, walking and exploring nature. In addition, I am also interested in playing board games, listening to music, reading stories and I will be happy to help older children who go to school with their homework.
