About me

I have completed four years of undergraduate studies in social work at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, and have become a Bachelor of Social Work. I am currently in my final year of graduate studies in social work. Through my university education, I have gained numerous theoretical and practical insights into working with children. Understanding, attention, creativity, care, patience, conversation, and love are just some of the qualities I provide to the children I care for. In addition to the theoretical knowledge I've gained over the past four years, practice and volunteering have given me a deeper understanding of what truly matters. Children want to be heard, for us to be there for them, and to give them our full attention. They want us to be interested in the smallest things that excite them and to encourage their creative thinking, motor skills, and development. I volunteered at the Maestral Children's Home in Split during high school, and for the past three years, I have been volunteering with the Association for Creative Social Work with children who need help with their learning. With younger children, I encourage motor skills and creativity through various games and stories. I prefer outdoor activities and allowing the child to explore with caution. With older children, I assist with school-related tasks and offer conversation and understanding.

You can expect all of this and more from me when working with your children. I love to see each child as an individual with their own feelings, thoughts, and perspectives on the world. I always try to put myself in their shoes and understand their perspective on the situation.

As a proactive student, I am fully occupied during the morning for two days a week. On the other hand, I am available for arrangements and flexibility on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and weekends

Hrvatski jezik mi je materinji o kojem imam visoku razinu znanja što se tiče gramatike i književnosti. Engleski jezik učim cijeli život i imam položenu B2 razinu. Također imam položeni akademski engleski tako da sam vješta s vokabularom, izgovorom i razumijevanjem te s lakoćom pričam navedeni jezik. Talijanski jezik sam učila kroz osnovnu i srednju školu te znam osnove. Razumijem ga skroz i znam gramatiku, međutim nemam dovoljno vokabulara ni vježbe da se mogu sporazumijeti.
