Dear pet owners🐾
I have an 11-year-old dog named Luna, a mix of Maltese and Pekingese, whom we adopted from a shelter. Taking care of her has taught me a lot about adapting to the different needs of both dogs and cats. Although I’m new to pet sitting, I truly love animals and always do my best to make them feel safe and happy while they’re with me.
If I were looking after a dog, I would first give them time to adjust to me – playing with them, giving them attention, and figuring out what they need. I’d take them for walks around Voštarnica or to Vruljica, depending on how active they are. For energetic dogs, we’d go on longer walks and playtime, while older or calmer dogs would enjoy shorter walks with more rest. If I were to take care of your dog at my home, my Luna would also be there.
When it comes to cats, I’d be gentle and make sure they have a peaceful environment with everything they need – food, water, and a clean litter box. I know cats love their personal space, so I’d give them enough quiet time but also attention if they seek it.
My priority is to make every pet feel safe and loved, just like Luna does with me.

What I would like to know about the of the dog/pet

For dogs:
🐾 What are their habits? (How often do they eat, when do they go for walks, do they have favorite toys?)
🐾 Do they have any health issues or special needs?
🐾 Do they have any fears (e.g., of other dogs, people)?
🐾 What are the house rules they usually follow (are they allowed on the couch, how do they respond to commands)?

When it comes to breeds, I don’t have issues with most dogs, but I’d like to know in advance if the dog is very large or demanding so I can assess whether I can truly provide everything they need.

For cats:
🐾 Are they more social or do they prefer their own space?
🐾 Do they have a specific feeding schedule or favorite toys?
🐾 Are there any rules regarding their space (e.g., are they allowed to go outside)?
