• Navike i rutina: kada jede, koliko puta ide u šetnju, kada spava, voli li društvo ili više mir.
• Hrana: što jede, koliko i koliko često; ima li zabrane (npr. ne smije određene poslastice).
• Zdravlje: je li cijepljen, ima li alergije, uzima li lijekove, postoje li posebne potrebe.
• Ponašanje: slaže li se s drugim psima/ljudima/djecom, ima li strahove (npr. od grmljavine, petardi).
• Pravila u kući: smije li na kauč/krevet, gdje mu je mjesto za spavanje, ima li ograničenja.
• Kontakt u hitnom slučaju: broj veterinara i vlasnika.
