1. Osnovne informacije – vrsta, pasmina, dob, spol i karakter (društven, miran, razigran…).
2. Prehrana – što jede, koliko često, ima li alergije ili posebnu dijetu.
3. Rutina i navike – vrijeme šetnje, igra, spavanje, dopuštenja u kući. 4. Zdravlje – bolesti, lijekovi, cijepljenja i kontakt veterinara.
5. Posebne upute – strahovi, ponašanje prema drugim životinjama, što voli i ne voli.
