“Draga Ema čuvala je našeg Biggia na dan mog vjenčanja i teško je riječima opisati koliko smo joj zahvalni.
Od prvog kontakta pokazala je iznimnu profesionalnost, ljubaznost i pouzdanost. Sve je bilo odlično organizirano, a komunikacija tijekom cijelog dogovora bila je jednostavna i ugodna. Biggi je s njom proveo vrijeme od 11 sati ujutro pa sve do idućeg jutra, kada su se moji roditelji vratili. Tijekom tog vremena promijenila je dvije lokacije, a nijedan zahtjev ili promjena nisu joj predstavljali problem.
Posebno nas je dirnulo što je, potpuno samoinicijativno, Biggia uredila i temeljito očetkala, iako to uopće nismo tražili. Takve male geste pokazuju koliko joj je iskreno stalo do životinja o kojima brine.
Od srca preporučujem Emu svima koji traže osobu od povjerenja za svog ljubimca. Ako nam ikada ponovno zatreba čuvanje, bez ikakve dvojbe ponovno ćemo se obratiti upravo njoj.
