About me

I am Gabriela from Chile and I have been living in Croatia for a year and a half. My native language is Spanish, but I am learning a little Croatian and English. I graduated as a physiotherapist in Chile 15 years ago, but I have always been in contact with the elderly, I took care of my grandmothers, and later, during my internship in nursing homes, I led physical activity workshops for the elderly, including mobilization, transfer, maintaining mobility and improving their physical condition. I am passionate about everything I can learn from the elderly and getting to know their stories. My profession as a physiotherapist has provided me with many tools for caring for the elderly and following them in their daily lives. I even worked for a few months in a nursing home here in Croatia and it was a fantastic experience.
