About me

I am a special teacher and I have a master's degree in special education. I have been working as a teacher with children with special needs in elementary school for 20 years. I also worked in a social care institution with elderly people with special needs in tasks of organization and developing competences in everyday life for 5 years. For the last year, in addition to my work at school, I have been working with elderly people who have dementia or Alzheimer's disease and I help them with my knowledge and experience to maintain their abilities at the highest possible level for as long as possible (memory, attention, concentration exercises, making daily pictures schedules, orientation in time and space, creative workshops). I also carry out stretching and fitness exercises with elderly people because I have a certificate as an aerobics and fitness trainer. I help clients in the house to keep the space clean and tidy. Upon request, I deliver diplomas and certificate and recommendation to client I work with now. I am the mother of three adult daughters. Doing this job, in addition to my primary job at school, makes me feel fulfilled. Working with people of the third age brought refreshment to my previous work with children.

Uz Hrvatski, kao materinji jezik, govorim Engleski jezik i posjedujem certifikat C1 Škole stranih jezika Sokrat. U osnovnoj školi učila sam Francuski jezik te ga uglavnom razumijem kada netko drugi govori.
