About me

Since I can remember, I’ve always been surrounded by older people. Coming from a small village with few inhabitants and a low birth rate, I didn’t often play or spend time with children my age, but rather with elderly people—grandparents and great-grandparents. My “second parents” have always been my grandmother, grandfather, and great-grandmother, who took care of me, spent all their time with me, and taught me valuable life lessons and skills. About a year ago, my grandmother suffered a stroke caused by a ruptured aneurysm, and together with the rest of my family, I helped care for her until she became mobile again. Through that experience, I didn’t just learn how to provide physical care but also how to offer strong emotional support—understanding the importance of quality time, companionship, and conversation. I’m an empathetic and family-oriented person who has always found joy in the company of older people, seeing it as an opportunity to talk with wise and experienced individuals from whom I could gain guidance for my own life.
