I usually do not like to write reviews as these can often be misunderstood and criticism of any kind is not taken well. However, I will leave an honest review for this person I had for a few days.

Initially, I had a good impression of Stella. she seemed polite, friendly and she talked a lot so, I got the impression that she was a person willing to learn. She came to help me with mopping the floors and dusting. I clearly told her the conditions I had and if she was ok with it and began instructing her how to go about things.
She was good at listening but, not really doing what I had asked her. She would do exactly the opposite. I kept quiet and literally had to tell her how to clean each and every room.
She came the second time, third time and I always thought it will take for her to get used how I want it and gave her time and space.
She came back a 4th time and started dusting. She broke a very expensive piece of decoration but, I let it go.

After that, I asked her to use one dusting cloth for the upstairs and another one for the downstairs. I asked her if she had wet it and wiped and she didn’t and was working as she liked. As soon as I told her what she was doing, she began to act like she didn’t understand me and started arguing with me.
Basically, it ended by me saying she can leave if she is not happy to work for me. ALl the 4 days she worked for me she was only ignoring everything I was telling her and taking her own time in cleaning.
Anyway, as a person she was nice but, would not rely on her for cleaning. I cannot keep watching over someone who knows what they are doing. She clearly didn’t know. Very disappointed but, that’s a lesson for me.
