I have always been a caregiver and I consider caring for others my calling in life. After college, I enrolled in psychotherapy training and started organizing various dance and creative workshops that not only bring people together but also help us grow and become more aware.

I am the right hand of my aunt who is disabled and diagnosed with depression. The other day she told me that she feels much better since we talk more. And besides that, I have been helping older people than myself for a good part of my life, and somehow I always come across elderly people who like to talk to me on the street. I find it nice. And I believe they do too. I feel that sometimes they may feel lonely. I have a strong sense of empathy and I would love to give attention and love to whoever I can and whoever needs it. Through conversations, socializing, creative workshops, and assisting in activities like walks, cooking lunch, or helping with various tasks.

For a long time, I have wanted to organize a dance party for retirees, like in the good old days! And dance together. 😊
